“I am very proud to present to you the ALMA Code of Ethics and Conduct website, the culmination of several years of work that outlines specific ways to engender a work environment where everyone is treated with respect, courtesy and fairness. We believe firmly this to be the path to be more successful at fulfilling our organizational mission and purpose through our values of Collaboration, Excellence, Respect, Diversity and Care, as expressed in our Fundamental Statements.

This is a very important step towards creating the kind of organization we aspire to be, one that fosters workplace relationships centered around treatment compatible with personal dignity, the development of everyone’s potential in a multi-cultural environment, and a complete understanding of our own rights and duties.

I invite all of you to read carefully the contents of this website in preparation for the training and certification course that will soon be launched, and to be active promoters and representatives of the expected conducts described in this Code”.
